Refund/Return Policy

Returns

  1. Return Window:

    • You can return items for a refund within 15 days after receiving the package.
    • Returns initiated after 15 days will not be accepted.
    • Once the package has been shipped, we cannot suspend shipping. Returns must be initiated after receiving the package.
  2. Fees for Returns/Exchanges:

    • A $7 fee per item applies to all returns or exchanges. This covers partial printing and restocking costs.
  3. Wholesale Clothing:

    • Items purchased at a wholesale discount of 30% or more are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  4. Delivery Failures:

    • If a parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will resend it for free.
    • However, the customer must respond within 12 natural days to our resend notice. If no response is received, the parcel may be destroyed by the post office, and the customer will bear the loss.
  5. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

  1. Approval Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Timing:

    • Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund:
      • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
      • Contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
    • If you still haven’t received the refund, contact us at spoodyscloset@gmail.com.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
  • To exchange for the same item, email us at spoodyscloset@gmail.com.

Shipping

  1. Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs and applicable taxes for returning items. These are non-refundable.
  2. Recommended Shipping:

    • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
